Hosted by UpwardHouse Learning, this workshop hike is an experience you won't want to miss!

The Details:

• Meet at the Nature Center parking lot at 9AM. We will hike and return to the parking lot for departure at 11AM. (This will be the first in a a series of outdoor explorations, called Adventure Bound. Hikes will take place on the 2nd Saturday of May-August. Then in the following months we will have climbing, caving, and a BIG camping/hiking adventure to Big Bend at the end of the year. Get in on the events early and begin getting to know this great community of adventurers.)

What to Expect:

• A moderately strenuous hike to varied destinations throughout the park

• Discussion and introspection as the group travels together along the hike

• Focus on nature and skills for reducing stress, prioritizing, relationship-building

• Focus on health of the mind, body, and spirit

• Each hike workshop in the series will have new and exciting interactive activities and destinations. No hike is the same.

What to Bring:

• water bottle (2L+)
